“See New York with a New Yorker” Itinerary (April 26 – May 1)

April 25 — Travel Day

8:45 p.m. Arrive Sacramento International Airport (You will need to show your I.D. at the counter to check-in.)

10:45 p.m. Depart Sacramento

April 26 — Day 1: Welcome to New York City

9:40 a.m. Arrive in New York City and travel via private shuttle to the New York Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Note: The Grand Hyatt will provide the group with a couple of courtesy rooms so we can freshen up. You’ll be able to store your bags with the bell staff.

11:55 a.m. Meet in the lobby

12:00 p.m. 4-hour private tour of Harlem and Uptown with our favorite tour guide, Darryl Milton, who was born and raised in the heart of Harlem (included)

4:00 p.m. Check in

8:30 p.m. Meet in Grady’s Suite for Welcome Reception (optional)

9:00 p.m. Meet in lobby and take subway from Grand Central Station to Times Square

10:00 p.m. Enjoy Group Welcome Dinner at Carmine’s Italian Restaurant (included)

April 27 — Day 2: Explore New York City via City Sightseeing Tours

8:45 a.m. Meet in lobby

9:00 a.m. Private 2-hour tour of Manhattan with City Sighting Tours (included)

11:00 a.m. Lunch on your own

12:45 p.m. Meet in lobby

2:00 p.m. 75-minute NYC Harbor Cruise (included)

6:30 p.m. Meet in lobby

8:00 p.m. Broadway Play TBA (included)

10:30 p.m. Visit Pazzo Nottes martini bar (optional)

April 28 — Day 3: Explore New York City via City Sightseeing Tours on your own.
